Vegan skincare does not contain animal ingredients and should not be tested on animals. In addition, it should not contain components that have been actively experimented on animals. This means that a 100% vegan product is in no way related to the exploitation of animals.

Official vegan certificates always stick to this rule. However, unofficial vegan labels and marks on products may only refer to the product’s composition.
